Two different products

This policy covers the self-host product and this marketing site (playlistcraft.com). The hosted cloud product has a separate policy at /saas/privacy.

Self-hosted deployments

When you run Playlist Craft Self-Host on your own infrastructure (for example Railway), songs, renders, File Drive assets, personas, and API keys live on your database, object storage, and services. We do not host that creative content. Provider traffic (Suno, OpenRouter, Fal, YouTube, email) goes from your keys to those vendors under their terms.

• License activation contacts our license broker to validate your key.
• Polar handles checkout, receipts, and customer portal for license purchases.
• We do not sell your personal data.

This marketing site

On playlistcraft.com we may collect:

• Essential cookies — required for basic site function (including cookie preference storage).
• Analytics cookies — only if you allow them (e.g. Microsoft Clarity / Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used.
• Contact & license forms — email and message content you submit to support or checkout-related flows.

You can change cookie preferences anytime via the Cookies link in the footer.

License purchases

Payment and billing details for the lifetime license are processed by Polar. We receive what we need to fulfill the license (for example email and license status), not full card numbers.

Your rights

For data we hold about you on this marketing site or for license support, you may ask to access, update, or delete it by contacting us. For data inside your own deployment, you control deletion and retention on your stack.
