PlaylistCraft provides AI-powered tools to create music playlists, generate songs, render videos, and upload content to YouTube. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with third-party terms (YouTube, etc.) and applicable law.

You must be 18 or older and capable of entering a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and any activity under it.

You retain rights to content you create. We retain rights to the Service. By using AI-generated outputs, you agree to applicable AI provider terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
