We want you to be satisfied with PlaylistCraft. Here is our refund policy.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your billing period. Refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Credit Packs

Unused credit packs may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not consumed any credits from that pack.

Technical Issues

If a technical failure on our side prevents you from using the Service, we will work to resolve it or issue credits/refunds as appropriate.

How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@playlistcraft.com with your account email, order/transaction details, and reason for the request. We typically respond within 5 business days.
